Our slates are washable using a mild detergent and water, while they can be put in a dishwasher we do not recommend it .

Our slates are strong but will chip if dropped . 

Our slates are not suitable for putting in the oven or the microwave.

A: Our factory locates in Xingzi County,Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. You can fly to Jiujiang airport or Changbei (Nanchang) airport, and we will pick you up. Welcome to visit us!

Q.  Can you offer us what is delivery time estimated ?

A:  Depend the quantity, but usually it need takes around 15-20 days for producing upon we receive the deposit.

Q: Do you accept retail order? What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) you require?

A: Yes, we do accept retail order. MOQ is negotiable, please free to contact with us for detailed discussion.

Q: Do you also make customized design?

A: Yes,We can make different size as per clients` drawings and pictures.

Q: Can I get an additional discount?

A: If order quantity is big,there maybe a little space to be more flexible. Welcome to talk with us about your demands.

Q: What is your port of loading?

A: Jiujiang port or Shanghai port

Q: How long can my order be finished?

A:It will depend on your order quantity and the complexity of products you purchased. Normally one container order needs 14-25days.

Q:Are you sure the packing will be excellent? If there have damage happens during the transportation, who will be responsible for that?

A:Yes, we are sure that our packing is safe enough. In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, firstly you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take our responsibility.
